-         Finance by Pratiwi Herawati
-         Marketing byYulinda Brilianti
-         Production by Jihan Arij 
Evaluation Scenario if the Biscuits have a new taste, which is sweet cheese.
 
General Manajer                : Hello, everyone, thank you for coming tofay. As you can see from the agenda, we will be talking about sales in the last month.
 Based on data of sales for the past one month. It was decreasing, the marketing department has done everything to increase the turnover if market but demand of our product kept decreasing day by day. 
 
Finance                                 : What?, how market turnover can drop so drastically, what is the cause?

General Manajer                   : We have examined to the field carefully that there is a kind of product like ours but it has better quality and it also has interesting look, it makes the consumer interested and change to the product.

Finance                                  : Thank you for the explanation. For this case, we have to take an action quickly so that we can regain the market.

General Manajer                   : What does everyone think about this?

Production                             : Do we have to make new products and increase product quality?
Marketing                              : If you added quality, we would increase the funds and make the new product have a higher price, does that not affect the purchasing power of consumers?

Finance                                  : That certainly happens, by making a new product that requires a large amount off funds, as well as different raw materials that have to be updated. We recommend that we continue to ran the old product but by adding innovation to the product.

Production                             : What if we make a new flavor of our Biscuits product? Namely the taste of sweet cheese

Finance                                  : I agree with that opinion

Marketing                              : Yeah, me too

General Manager                  : Alright, we can take innovation from production departement. Is production ready to make this ?

Production                             : Ready, the production will try to do that

General Manager                  : Okay, this work can be done starting this month. I hope everyone van be responsible for their respective duties for the smooth opration of this production. And for marketing managers

Marketing                              : In marketing this product later, marketing will hold events about the uniqueness of our  products before being officially marketed, making advertisements on social media. So, the consumers can see the new product that we launch and marketing target can be reached
Production                             : Very good innovation. I hope the innovation can be planned and produce better and more satisfying results

General Manager                  : We think today’s evaluation meeting is finished, then to end the meeting this afternoon, let’s read the hamd together, hopefully this afternoon’s meeting can bring maxium results
