PRELIMINARY

1.1  BACKGROUND

PISCOK MELER (Banana Chocolate Meler) is one of the ingredients. What about this one business opportunity? Community needs will consume increasing. It is one of the ideas to make this business. Besides Piscok is an innovative food, it is also very interesting, because this food has a quality taste and can be accessed by all people with ecinomic / affordable prices. Can be used, can quickly develop and spread widely.
1.2  AIM
         The aim of the development of the Piscok Meler Business Proposal is to give food lovers a different nuance that in Indonesia has a better variety of food from foreign food, so they will appreciate the food produced by the culture of the archipelago and leave food - fast food, and this is also to preserve the typical food of the archipelago as a characteristic of the Indonesian culture and prevent the negative effects of fast food.         The more people desire to become entrepreneurs, the more likely there will be business competitors.

2.3   HOW TO MAKE PISCOK MELER
a)       Peel uli skin, then cut the banana into two parts
b)      b. Banana wrap that has been cut with spring roll skin, then bury it with melted chocolate
c)       c. Fold the spring rolls that have been filled (fold like an envelope)
d)      d. Heat oil and Bueband, then fry the banana until the color turns yellow / slightly browned.
e)       e. Remove and drain the banana, then enter into the mica and sprinkle with chocolate meces
f)       f. Piscok runny is ready for sale.

This business must require patience and tenacity in the production process, this aims to produce quality products and obtain maximum profits. In addition, a special strategy in marketing is needed because this product is still classified as a new food for the community. Required to be serious and focused, because starting a business should not be done in the middle.
Our belief and hope as a beginner of this business is that this business can run well in accordance with what is expected and can also benefit the wider community.
